Ingredients

1 slice red chili pepper
3 fresh Raspberries
2 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
3/4 oz Cranberry juice
1 oz Honey sugar syrup
1 oz Lime juice

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of two small chillies.

Method

  1. 3 Lightly MUDDLE (just press) chilli pepper in base of shaker to release its flavour. (If you muddle hard then the finished cocktail will be overly spicy)
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with chillies on rim to form devil's horns.
