History

Mezcal-forward, herbal and bittersweet. Suited for the end of the night.

This is an adaptation of a recipe created circa 2009 by Phil Ward at Mayahuel in Manhattan, New York City. The original recipe used ancho-infused muscatel sherry; cream sherry and chilli liqueur were used here, and the proportions of Phil's original recipe have been adjusted.
