History

Spirit-forward and bittersweet, this makes a very tasty digestivo or late-night tipple.

Adapted from a recipe created in 2025 by J. E. Clapham of Clapham Cocktails. The name honors Dan's Pier 600, a well-known jazz club on Bourbon Street in New Orleans during the 1950s and 1960s.
