3 fresh Mint leaves
1 2/3 oz Vodka
2/3 oz Dry vermouth
2/3 oz Elderflower liqueur
1/6 oz Chartreuse Yellow
6 drop Ginseng bitters

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of mint leaf &/or edible daisy.

Method

  1. 3 Gently MUDDLE mint in base of shaker (just to bruise).
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with mint leaf &/or edible daisy pegged to rim.
