Ingredients
4 inch Cucumber (fresh)
2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Red bitter liqueur
1 oz Orange juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of thin cucumber slice.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. (Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping).
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Float cucumber slice for garnish.
