1 1/3 oz Light white rum
3/4 oz Cognac (brandy)
1 1/3 oz Orange juice
1 1/3 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge skewered with a Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim skewered with maraschino cherry.
