2 oz Old Tom gin
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Soda from siphon

How to make

Serve in a fizz or highball (8oz to 10oz)

  1. 1 MUDDLE strawberries in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients apart from soda, SHAKE with ice and fine strain into chilled glass (without ice)
  3. 3 TOP with soda.
