Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 RIM glass with chocolate – use a microwave or bain marie to melt a few squares of dark chocolate, then dip the rim of the glass into the melted chocolate.
- 3 Prepare garnish of grated chocolate and skewered Cadbury Creme Egg half. (It's easier to cut the chocolate egg when straight from the refrigerator.) Spear the egg with a metal cocktail stick that has been heated in hot water.
Method
- 4 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 6 Garnish with chocolate grated over cocktail and skewered Creme Egg.
