3 fresh Raspberries
1 1/2 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Elderflower liqueur
1 1/2 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Soda water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 MUDDLE berries in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add next five ingredients (all but soda), SHAKE with ice and fine strain into ice-filled glass
  3. 3 TOP with soda.
