1/2 oz Fino sherry
1/2 oz Pineapple juice
1/2 oz Masala chai (cold)
1/2 oz Honey and water syrup

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of something suitably British such as Scottish shortbread or mini Cornish scone rested across rim.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
