3 fresh Raspberries
1 2/3 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker
  2. 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker
  3. 3 <a href="/g/1150/how-to-make-cocktails/how-to-dry-shake">DRY SHAKE</a> (without ice) to emulsify and fine strain into chilled glass.

This cocktail is a whisky variation on the Clover Club, which traditionally uses gin. It was found in 2024 at Fitz's Bar in London, England, though it is not believed to have originated there.
