Ingredients
1 barspoon Honey
1 oz Citrus vodka
1/2 oz Bénédictine D.O.M.
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
- 1 STIR honey with vodka in base of shaker until honey dissolves
- 2 Add other ingredients, SHAKE with ice and strain back into shaker
- 3 DRY SHAKE (without ice) and strain into ice-filled glass.
