History

A balanced, refreshing short whisky cocktail.

Jerry Thomas, in his 1862 Bartender's Guide, presented both a hot and cold Scotch Whisky Punch. The cold version is the one that has endured. The recipe has been streamlined from its original form, which involved boiling water and a prolonged chilling process.
