2 oz Vodka
3/4 oz Shiraz red wine
1/4 oz Raspberry liqueur
8 fresh Raspberries
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of 3 skewered raspberries.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered raspberries.
