History

Apricot provides tartness, nuanced by maraschino, dried with vermouth and strengthened by light rum.

This drink was adapted from a 2008 creation by Ian McLaren of Bacardi. The name honors Amalia's Godmother, whose bequest enabled Don Facundo Bacardi Massó to establish the rum brand.
