1 1/2 oz Pineapple juice
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/6 oz Grenadine syrup
3 dash Aromatic bitters
Top up with Soda water

Serve in a collins glass

  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon slice.

  1. 3 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
  3. 5 TOP with soda water.
