2 oz Reposado tequila
1 1/2 oz Apple juice
1/2 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Agave syrup
Cinnamon powder

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Method

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of apple wedge.
  3. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  4. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

A tequila, lemon, and apple juice cocktail in the style of a Margarita.

This cocktail was created by Brian Van Flandern of Creative Cocktail Consultants Corp, based in New York. It is named after the 1999 film and the 1985 novel by John Irving, both of which won double Academy Awards.
