1/4 oz Orgeat syrup
1/6 oz Maraschino liqueur
1/6 oz Absinthe
1/6 oz Orange flower water

How to make

Serve in a martini glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of Luxardo Maraschino Cherry.

  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Created in 2008 by Marcis Dzelzainis at Quo Vadis, London, England. The name translates to 'goat sucker,' referencing a mythical Latin American creature reputed to prey on small animals and drink their blood. The earliest documented occurrences were reported in Puerto Rico in 1995.
