Ingredients
2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1/2 oz Orancio vino aperitif
1/3 oz Mandarin liqueur

Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of orange zest twist and something festive such as a redcurrant sprig.
Method
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS orange zest twist over cocktail and discard.
- 6 Garnish with redcurrant sprig or something festive.
