3/4 oz Ruby port
1/2 oz Brown/dark cacao liqueur
1/6 oz Brown sugar syrup
1 oz Whipping cream

Serve in a coupe glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grated chocolate.

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Dust with chocolate grated over cocktail.
