History

Pisco aromatics and cinnamon spice are in harmony within this grapefruit sour.

Chirulín, a Peruvian cocktail traditionally made with pomelo instead of grapefruit, has origins traced to the Afro-Peruvian communities of the El Ingenio district in Peru's Nasca province.
