Ingredients
1 oz Scotch whisky
1/2 oz Apple juice
1/3 oz Honey and water syrup
4 oz Brut sparkling wine
How to make
Serve in a flute glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a FLUTE GLASS.
Method
- 2 STIR honey with whisky in base of shaker until honey is dissolved.
- 3 Add apple juice and SHAKE with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
- 5 TOP with sparkling wine.
