1 oz Blossom vermouth
3/4 oz Gin
1/6 oz Cherry blossom syrup
2 dash Creole bitters
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a martini (small) glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a MARTINI (SMALL) GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of skewered black olive with cherry blossom when in season.

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

  1. 5 Garnish with skewered black olive (and cherry blossom).
