Ingredients
1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
1/2 oz Cherry brandy
1/3 oz Lemon juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 dash Cherry bitters
1 2/3 oz Soda water
2/3 oz Prosecco
How to make
Serve in a snifter/brandy balloon glass
- 1 SHAKE first 5 ingredients with ice and strain into
- 2 Top with soda and prosecco.
