Ingredients

2/3 oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
2/3 oz Advocaat liqueur
1/4 oz Spiced rum
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/4 oz Vanilla sugar syrup
2/3 oz Egg white (pasteurised)
1/2 oz Heavy/double cream
3 drop Orange flower water

How to make

Serve in a toddy glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a TODDY GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
  2. 4 DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
  3. 5 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
