Ingredients

1 1/2 oz New make spirit
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Apricot liqueur
1/3 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2/3 oz Egg white
1 dash Orange bitters
1 1/2 oz Soda water

How to make

Serve in a highball (max 10oz/300ml)

  1. 1 DRY SHAKE first 6 ingredients
  2. 2 SHAKE again with ice and strain into chilled glass (without ice)
  3. 3 TOP with soda, or, ideally, strain cocktail into glass as you pour the soda.
