1 oz Rye whiskey 50% abv
1 oz Amaro (e.g. Lucano)
1/3 oz Banana liqueur
1/6 oz Chartreuse Yellow
2 dash Jerry Thomas bitters
3 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of dried banana chip.

Method

  1. 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

  1. 5 Garnish with dried banana chip.
