Ingredients
1 oz Aged agricole rhum
3/4 oz Rye whiskey 50% abv
2/3 oz Lemon juice
1/3 oz Falernum liqueur
1/3 oz Grenadine syrup
1/3 oz Chilled water
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist and cinnamon.
Method
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 5 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and discard.
- 6 Dust with freshly grated cinnamon.
