1/2 oz Fino sherry
1/2 oz White crème de cacao
1/6 oz Grenadine syrup
3 dash Creole bitters

History

Original recipe calls for light white rum. Pomegranate syrup choice greatly influences the drink, as does the crème de cacao.

Victor Nordelöf crafted this in 2010 at London's Callooh Callay for the Bacardi Legacy competition. It was later included in the book Ramping Up the Classics! by Anistatia Miller and Jared Brown.
