This Cameo Kirby Cocktail recipe is adapted from Jacob Abraham Grohusko's 1933 Jack's Bar Manual 5th Edition. CAMEO KIRBY COCKTAIL 50% dry gin 50% dry vermouth 2 teaspoons raspberry syrup Juice of half a lime Shake. Jason E. Clapham recommended this resurrected classic, explaining that the cocktail is named after a 1923 silent movie directed by John Ford. The film was based on a 1908 play by Booth Tarkington and Harry Leon Wilson.
