Ingredients
6 fresh Basil leaves
1 1/2 oz Gin
1/2 oz Passion fruit syrup
1/2 oz Lemongrass cordial
2 oz Pineapple juice
Top up with Tonic water
How to make
Serve in a collins glass
- 1 MUDDLE basil in base of shaker
- 2 Add other ingredients apart from tonic water, SHAKE with ice and strain into ice-filled glass
- 3 TOP with tonic water.
