1 1/2 oz Light gold rum 1-3yo
1/4 oz Galliano liqueur
1/4 oz Bubblegum syrup
1/6 oz Grenadine syrup
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/6 oz Chilled water
2/3 oz Lime juice
2 drop Saline solution 4:1

How to make

Serve in a coupe glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of bubble gum.

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with bubble gum on rim.
