History
Bittersweet with rye whiskey's spice, this is an aperitivo for when the pre-dinner drink needs a sharpener.
This recipe is adapted from one created around 2011 by Maxwell Britten at Jack the Horse Tavern in Brooklyn Heights, New York City, USA. The original specified Luxardo Amaro Abano, a liqueur which, at the time of writing, is not available in the UK.
