History

The Contessa is subtly sweet and sour with delicate bitterness and a bold orange hue, offering a delicious alternative to an Aperitivo Spritz.

This is a cachaça-based variation on John Gertsen's gin-based Contessa. The recipe is provided by Tiago Carpenedo, a fellow Discerning Drinker.
