History

A standard Five-to-One Dry Martini, garnished with a caperberry.

This drink was created around 2002 by Tim Stones and Ross Simon when they were bartending at LAB Bar on Old Compton Street in Soho, London, England. The name is derived from Café Bohéme, a restaurant opposite the bar that stayed open late, where the LAB staff would go for food after their shifts. Martini history
