Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
2/3 oz Amontillado sherry
1/3 oz Pedro Ximénez sherry
1/3 oz Espresso coffee (hot)
Honey
1 dash Black walnut bitters
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of float 3 espresso beans.
- 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
- 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
