Ingredients

1 oz Blanco tequila
1/2 oz Triple sec
1/6 oz Red bitter liqueur
1/2 oz Blood orange juice
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 RIM glass with salt (moisten outside edge with lime or orange juice and dip into salt).
  3. 3 Prepare garnish of blood orange slice wheel.

Method

  1. 4 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with blood orange slice.
