History
The original Blinker, featured in Patrick Gavin Duffy's 1934 The Official Mixer's Manual, includes grenadine. However, the team at Hawksmoor has substituted this with a few fresh raspberries and a dash of sugar syrup, elevating a good drink into a great cocktail.
This recipe is an adaptation from a version discovered in 2013 at Hawksmoor, located in Spitalfields, London, England.
