7 fresh Raspberries
1/2 oz Vodka
1/3 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
1/2 oz Brut sparkling wine

How to make

Serve in a shot glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a SHOT GLASS.

Method

  1. 2 MUDDLE raspberries in base of shaker.
  2. 3 Add next 3 ingredients (all but sparkling wine) and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 4 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
  4. 5 TOP with sparkling wine.
