Ingredients

1 oz Aged rum (6-10yr)
1/2 oz Light white rum
1/2 oz Triple sec
1/4 oz Orgeat syrup
Blackstrap molasses
3/4 oz Lime juice
1/6 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of physalis (cape gooseberry).

Method

  1. 3 SHAKE all ingredients with ice.
  2. 4 STRAIN into ice-filled glass.

Garnish

  1. 5 Garnish with physalis (cape gooseberry) on rim.
