History

A two-to-one amaro to Islay single malt ratio is boundary-pushing, but banana liqueur provides balance and taste.

This recipe is adapted from one created in 2019 by Roger Grüter at Angel's Share in Basel, Switzerland. Roger's original recipe specified Laphroaig 10yo Islay single malt.
