Ingredients
2 fresh Blackberries
5 fresh Raspberries
5 fresh Mint leaves
2 oz Irish whiskey
3/4 oz Honey herbal liqueur
1/4 oz Crème de cassis
How to make
Serve in a old-fashioned glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of seasonal berries and mint sprig..
Method
- 3 MUDDLE first 3 ingredients in base of shaker.
- 4 Add other ingredients and SHAKE with ice.
- 5 FINE STRAIN into ice-filled glass.
