Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Cognac (brandy)
3/4 oz Rosso/sweet vermouth
1/4 oz Elderflower liqueur

Serve in a coupe glass
Method
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 RIM glass with smoked cinnamon (moisten outside edge with orange juice and dip into cinnamon).
- 3 STIR all ingredients with ice.
- 4 STRAIN into chilled glass.
