Ingredients

8 fresh Basil leaves
1 oz Vodka
1/2 oz Limoncello liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
2 1/2 oz Tonic water

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of basil leaf.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE basil in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 4 ingredients (all but tonic water) and SHAKE with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring tonic water.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with basil leaf.
