Ingredients
2 slice Cucumber (fresh)
1 oz Gin
1 oz Amaro (e.g. Montenegro)
1 oz Lime juice
1/2 oz Orgeat syrup
1/24 oz Aniseed liqueur
5 fresh Mint leaves
How to make
Serve in a coupe glass
Prepare
- 1 Select and pre-chill a COUPE GLASS.
- 2 Prepare mint leaf for garnish.
Method
- 3 MUDDLE cucumber in base of shaker. (Ideally, cut skin from the cucumber log before chopping).
- 4 Add other ingredients.
- 5 SHAKE with ice.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
Garnish
- 7 Garnish with mint leaf.
