Ingredients

1 swath Lemon peel
2 oz Cynar/carciofo amaro
1 oz Vermouth alla vaniglia
1/4 oz Lemon juice
3 dash Orange bitters

How to make

Serve in a old-fashioned glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill an OLD-FASHIONED GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lemon zest twist (in addition to twist used in the recipe).

Method

  1. 3 SQUEEZE the oils from a lemon zest into stirring glass and drop zest in.
  2. 4 Add other ingredients and REGAL STIR with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass (preferably over a large cube or chunk of block ice).

Garnish

  1. 6 EXPRESS lemon zest twist over the cocktail and use as garnish.
