- 1 Select and pre-heat a TODDY GLASS.
- 2 Prepare garnish of grated nutmeg.
Method
- 3 Use a heatproof glass and PREHEAT by filling with boiling water.
- 4 MUDDLE cloves in the base of shaker.
- 5 Add boiling water and STIR in honey and other ingredients.
- 6 FINE STRAIN into preheated glass.
Garnish
- 7 Dust with freshly grated nutmeg.
