History
Light rum and gin, freshened and invigorated with citrus. The opening act of the Between the Sheets trilogy.
The earliest known recipe for the Between The Sheets cocktail is found in Frank Shay's 1929 book, Drawn From Wood. This version calls for equal parts gin, rum, and triple sec. The modern standard, known as Between the Sheets No. 3, substitutes brandy for gin.
