1 1/2 oz Cachaça (unaged)
3/4 oz Pineapple juice
3/4 oz Lemon juice
1/2 oz Grenadine syrup

Serve in a collins glass

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of pineapple wedge.

Method

  1. 3 POUR soda water into ice-filled glass.
  2. 4 SHAKE other ingredients with ice.
  3. 5 STRAIN into the ice-filled soda-charged glass.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with pineapple wedge on rim.
