Ingredients

1 inch Cucumber (fresh)
5 fresh Basil leaves
2 oz Cachaça (unaged)
3/4 oz Grand Marnier
1/2 oz Lime juice
1/4 oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2:1)
Top up with Ginger ale

How to make

Serve in a collins glass

Prepare

  1. 1 Select and pre-chill a COLLINS GLASS.
  2. 2 Prepare garnish of lime slice wheel and basil leaf.

Method

  1. 3 MUDDLE cucumber and basil in base of shaker.
  2. 4 Add next 4 ingredients and SHAKE with ice
  3. 5 STRAIN into ice-filled glass whilst also pouring ginger ale.

Garnish

  1. 6 Garnish with lime wheel and basil leaf.
